In the interest of fairness, The Palm Tree Academy reserves the right to disqualify anyone found to be breaking any of the following rules.

Geographical Restrictions

Your child must be a student from Rampur District of Uttar Pradesh. No ifs, buts or maybes! Proof of school registration may be requested from winners whose details cannot be easily verified. We fully reserve the right to withhold potential winnings to players who cannot or will not provide proof. Apologies if this bursts your bubble!

What time are the draws?

Winners are picked at random and fairly on 2nd Sunday of each month. Parents can find the updates on our Facebook Page which is linked at the bottom of this page. Winners will be notified through call.

Account Restrictions

I missed my gift... What do I do now?

How do I claim the gifts?

Parents should only register their children once in a year. Anyone found to be pulling a fast one with multiple registrations will have their chances revoked without notice.

Please do not refer yourself using multiple email addresses of your own. It's really easy to spot it at this end which is why it will result in elimination from the Lucky Draw!

How do I claim the gifts?

Once the monthly draw has been made, parents with the winning accounts will be able to claim their gifts. The winners will be notified through call and we will also update the name of winning candidate on our Facebook Page. Furthermore, they will be invited to The Palm Tree Academy on a specific date to receive the gift. In case they are unable to visit the premises of The Palm Tree Academy, the gifts will me mailed to them.

The Palm Tree Academy cannot be held accountable for missed winnings due to lateness, forgetfulness, or carelessness, so remember to check each month to avoid disappointment!
