Teachers create gardens in their classrooms. They grow “love,” “hope,” “learning,” and “joy.” At The Achievers School, the child is the nucleus of the entire teaching learning process. Here the teacher is a facilitator and an equal partner in the entire journey of a child's quest for knowledge therefore we call them Mentors. Hands On Learning: Children at the Palm Tree Academy are provided extensive learning opportunities through active participation and involvement rather than book based learning. Working with science models, doing experiments, solving math's puzzles, constructing things on the concepts being learned is not only exciting but stimulates the creativity and imagination of children.

Instead of asking the students to be quiet and sit still, we let them stand up, move around the classroom and get physical!
